Refinery allows us to experiment and reveal exceedingly rare strains of coffee varietals from new community growers around the world without commercial restriction. We will not only uncover the latest and greatest single origins, we’ll reveal new flavours through a multitude of processing methods (washed, natural, honey process) as well as accurate and sometimes innovative roasting techniques.
