The San Augustin Forest project was set up with 1000 small holding farmers, across five neighbouring regions to move them away from growing illegal crops, while also focusing on environmental conservation.  It's a beautiful vibrant coffee with lemon sherbert, orange, milk chocolate and a lovely buttery mouthfeel (body).
