This natural processed coffee is from the Hajja region of Yemen and is an Heirloom varietal farmed by Muhammad and Yousif Ridman and carefully processed by Rayyan Mills. This unique microlot presents with an unusual but positive aromatic of fresh leather, tannin notes (which adds balance complexity and structure to this coffee), sparkling, black cherry and sweet banana.
