Central America - Honduras Altos De Erapuca

Grown in the Copan region on the slopes of the Erapuca Mountains, this coffee is both Organic and Rain Forest Alliance certified. Grown at 1360 masl. Varietal Catuai. Honduras is often in the shadows of its more well-known neighbours Guatemala, Costa Rica and El Salvador; but while it has same ideal growing conditions (high altitude, volcanic fertile soils and ideal climatic conditions), it has had less infrastructure and investment. Flavors presenting in this coffee are sweet citric acidity, lemon and orange notes; smooth buttery body and excellently balanced.
